Washing the Truck

Zane thought it would be pretty fun to help Daddy wash the car on Saturday. He was very helpful and learned a lot about water. He really had a lot of fun. Afterward, he and Daddy went for a little walk. Zane is getting very close to walking. We've been practicing and today is the first day he's taken several steps independently without any encouragement. It's amazing how fast they grow. I'm just starting this blogger thing and have a lot to learn. Hopefully I can figure it out soon.

Here is a photo of our little prince. He is so much fun. He loves to be chased around the house. He is a super fast crawler and getting ready to walk. He loves to be outside. He loves his Daddy. He is a much happier baby when he gets to spend time with Daddy. He is into fake laughing right now. He loves blueberries, mangos, bananas, and just about any other food we will let him have.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had fun hiking with the Peacocks on Mt Hood. We initially intended to hike to Mirror Lake but were denied by the snow still on the mountain. We instead hiked on Pioneer Bridal Trail just outside Rhododendron.
